Permanent Ferrite Magnet
Ferrite magnets are composed of barium or strontium ferrite and manufactured with ceramic
processing technology. They are very hard and brittle which requires professional and
specialized machining techniques. Popular for a wide range of low cost applications.
1.Inexpensive at medium to low magnetic strength.
2.Can be magnetized with multiple poles on one or both pole surfaces.
3.High coercive force.
4.Working temperature is up to 4500C.
5.Good resistance to demagnetization.
6.Does not rust, no surface treatment required.
Density:4.6~5.0g/cm3
Saturation magnetizing field required: about 10KOe
Manufacture method: dry press and wet press. The dry process is used for isotropic and
anisotropic material, and the wet method applies only to the production of anisotropic
material.
